We've developed a standalone policy that demonstrates the focus we have on tackling hate related incidents and crime in our neighbourhoods.
This policy shows our commitment to the Regulator of Social Housing’s Neighbourhood and Community Standard, which states that “Registered providers must work in partnership with appropriate local authority departments, the police and other relevant organisations to deter and tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) and hate incidents in the neighbourhoods where they provide social housing.”
This policy sets out Settle’s responsibilities in addressing Hate Crime to ensure all colleagues are clear on our obligations and our approach.
