Our approach enables colleagues to work with residents, communities, and key agencies such as the police to deter and tackle anti-social behaviour, maintaining safe and good quality neighbourhoods.
The Housing Act 1988 sets out the Grounds on which a landlord can seek possession where there has been a tenancy breach, and the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014, details the powers registered social landlords have available to address anti-social behaviour.
This policy sets out Settle’s approach to supporting safe communities and tackling Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) so that residents can live comfortably in their homes.
To make sure the policy promotes safety, empathy, fairness, and consistency, we'd love to hear from you!
Your feedback will help shape how we continue to support residents, which is why we're inviting you to take our simple survey that should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

A note from Asha Pomroy, Neighbourhood Coach
"We’re committed to creating safe, welcoming neighbourhoods where our residents feel proud to live. We take all reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) seriously and aim to respond in a clear, consistent, and effective way.
This policy outlines how we address and manage ASB concerns. We’ve recently reviewed it and would value your feedback, especially if you, or someone you know, has been affected by ASB.
Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us."
