Managing unacceptable or unreasonable behaviour policy review

At SettleParadigm we’re committed to ensuring residents, colleagues, contractors and representatives are treated with dignity, respect and fairness.

This policy explains how we respond to unacceptable or unreasonable behaviour, the support and reasonable adjustments we will consider. It also explains when restrictions may be applied to keep people safe while maintaining residents’ access to essential services.

Your feedback will help us understand whether the policy is clear, fair and proportionate, and whether anything important is missing.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and is open for feedback until 21 August 2026.
