SettleParadigm is committed to treating all residents, colleagues, contractors and representatives with dignity, respect and fairness. We will not tolerate unacceptable or unreasonable behaviour directed towards anyone acting on our behalf and will take proportionate action where necessary whilst ensuring residents continue to receive access to essential services.
