This policy explains how we will work with local authorities and other organisations, support residents during their stay, and help them prepare for a move into permanent housing. It also sets out how we will consider residents’ individual circumstances, vulnerabilities and support needs.
We’re sharing this policy at an early stage so residents can help shape it. Your feedback will be considered alongside feedback from colleagues as we develop the final policy.

SettleParadigm is committed to providing high-quality temporary accommodation that assists households experiencing homelessness to access and sustain suitable housing, whilst supporting our local authority partners to meet their statutory homelessness duties.
