Policy statement 

SettleParadigm is committed to providing safe, decent homes and supporting residents when circumstances require them to move from their home either temporarily or permanently to enable essential works to be completed or to manage significant health and safety risks. We will work with residents to ensure moves are managed fairly, consistently and with empathy, whilst taking account of individual circumstances and support needs.
