Responsive repairs are one of the services we provide to residents which they most value, and on which they depend for their homes to be kept safe and in good condition.

Our responsive repairs service provides an accessible, reliable service to residents which provides efficient and good quality repairs in a timely way.

We have targets for completing repairs with different levels of priority including attending to the most serious matters within 24 hours.

We take account of resident circumstances and characteristics together with the nature and severity of the problem when determining the priority for the work

We have taken account of resident views expressed through satisfaction surveys and a service review in developing this policy
