AtSettleParadigm we want to provide a repairs service that keeps homes safe, secure and in good condition.
This policy explains how residents can report repairs, how repairs are prioritised and the timescales we aim to meet. It also covers appointments, communication, individual needs, responsibilities, access to homes, communal repairs and when residents may be charged for work.
For now, some arrangements remain different depending on whether a home was previously managed by Settle or Paradigm. These services will become consistent across SettleParadigm in 2027.
We’re sharing this policy at an early stage so residents can help shape it. Your feedback will be considered alongside feedback from colleagues as we develop the final policy.
The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete and is open for feedback until 21 August 2026.
As a thank you for your time, you can choose to enter our prize draw for the chance to win a £25 shopping gift card.

We are committed to providing safe, well-maintained homes which are in good repair.
Responsive repairs are one of the services we provide to residents which they most value, and on which they depend for their homes to be kept safe and in good condition.
Our responsive repairs service provides an accessible, reliable service to residents which provides efficient and good quality repairs in a timely way.
We have targets for completing repairs with different levels of priority including attending to the most serious matters within 24 hours.
We take account of resident circumstances and characteristics together with the nature and severity of the problem when determining the priority for the work
We have taken account of resident views expressed through satisfaction surveys and a service review in developing this policy
