At SettleParadigm we want to be open about how we manage homes and services.

New rules called the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) will give residents clearer rights to information. Social landlords will need to publish certain information, and residents will be able to ask for other information about their homes and housing services.

This draft policy explains:

  • what information we will publish
  • how residents can ask for information
  • when we may be unable to share it
  • what residents can do if they are unhappy with our response.

We want this process to be clear, fair and easy to access. Your feedback will be considered alongside feedback from colleagues to help develop the final policy.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete and is open for feedback until 21 August 2026.
