At SettleParadigm we want to be open about how we manage homes and services.

New rules called the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) will give residents clearer rights to information. Social landlords will need to publish certain information, and residents will be able to ask for other information about their homes and housing services.

This policy sets out how SettleParadigm will comply with the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) and ensure that residents can access information relating to the management of their homes and services. 

    This policy supports our commitment to building trust with residents, improving accountability and service delivery, empowering residents to scrutinise decisions and performance and promoting openness across all our housing services.
