We’re starting early work to develop our Resident Experience Strategy asSettleParadigm, and your feedback will help shape what residents can expect from us between 2027 and 2030.
We're now looking at what it means to be more visible and present in your neighbourhood and what that should look like in practice.
Between January and March, our Joint Resident Steering Group (a group of residents from both Settle and Paradigm), discussed our Neighbourhood and Community Safety service standard - helping make sure voices from across all communities are heard and reflected.
Through these conversations, they helped us identify key areas to explore, so we can make sure we’re focusing on what matters most to residents.
From this feedback, we’ve heard that residents would value:
A stronger local presence
Earlier action on things like anti-social behaviour
Clearer ways to report issues and track progress
Well cared for neighbourhoods that feel safe.
We want to build on this by understanding what matters most to you.
This should take no more than 10 minutes, and your feedback will help shape how we show up in neighbourhoods, how we respond to local issues, and how we prioritise improvements going forward.
