Resident Experience Panel
The Resident Experience Panel is a group of residents who help shape key decisions and improve our services. By bringing residents' voices and experiences into decision-making, the panel helps hold us to account and ensures services better meet residents' needs.
Meetings: Eight meetings per year
Format: Online
Membership: 12 members
Incentive: Annual payments of £500 per member, £750 per Vice Chair and £1,000 for the Chair
Homeowner Experience Panel
Join our Homeowner Experience Panel and ensure homeowners' voices are heard. Your feedback and experiences will help shape decisions, improve services, and influence positive change.
Meetings: Four meetings per year
Format: Online
Membership: 6-12 members
Incentive:Annual payments of £250 per member, £350 per Vice Chair and £500 for the Chair
Complaints Scrutiny Panel
Help shape a better complaints experience by joining our Complaints Scrutiny Panel. Your insights and feedback will help us review our approach, identify areas for improvement and ensure residents' voices are at the heart of service changes.
Meetings: Four meetings per year
Format: Online
Membership: 13 members
Incentive: A £5 digital shopping voucher for each case reviewed and £30 digital shopping voucher for meeting attendance

Join our Service Development Group and help shape better services. We bring residents together early to shape improvements, test ideas, and influence how services develop. By sharing your experiences and insights, you'll work with other residents to create practical solutions that make a real difference.

Membership: Eight members on each topic
Incentive: A minimum of £50 digital shopping voucher per topic but can be flexible depending on the length of review

Join our Resident Scrutiny Pool for the opportunity to volunteer for Resident Scrutiny Groups. Working with other residents, you'll review service performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations that help drive positive change.
