Our Annual Report for Homeowners is a summary of how we've performed over the last year and how we're improving our services. It shares information about building safety, neighbourhoods, customer service, complaints, resident feedback, new homes, and the support we provide to homeowners and communities. It also shows how homeowners' views have helped shape the decisions we make and the changes we've delivered. We use homeowner feedback, Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and performance data to understand what's working well and where we need to improve.
We're sharing the report so homeowners can tell us what they think about our performance and priorities. Your feedback will help us understand what's important to you and where we should focus our efforts in the future.
The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and is open for feedback until 17 August 2026.
