At SettleParadigm, we recognise the importance of supporting residents in making informed decisions about their situation and will provide support as needed to help them manage their tenancy.
Update: Under review - 7 May
Thank you for the feedback we received on our tenancy management policy. We're pleased to share that we received a total of 15 comments from 5 survey responses. Your contributions are essential to improving this policy, and we're currently reviewing your suggestions.
📢 Here's what we heard
93% of residents thought the language in the policy was clear
93% of residents thought the policy was easy to understand.
There were two core themes raised by residents around our tenancy management policy:
Residents would like simpler language to explain key terms and how processes work in practice
Residents value fairness and accountability, particularly around mutual exchanges.
We're now reviewing all feedback and revising the policy based on your input. We'll publish the updated version reflecting your thoughts soon.
We work with residents to understand their circumstances throughout their tenancy. However, we're also committed to taking responsible action when a resident breaches their tenancy, including when their actions and behaviour impacts others in the neighbourhood.
This policy sets out our approach to delivering a high quality and efficient tenancy management service so that residents are clear what to expect from us,
To make sure the policy promotes fairness, transparency, and consistency, we'd love to hear from you.
Your views will help shape how we continue to support residents and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
