Home loss and disturbance payments policy review (estate regeneration only)
At SettleParadigm we're committed to supporting residents fairly and consistently when they are required to move permanently from their home because of estate regeneration or redevelopment.
While our aim is always to provide residents with a stable home for as long as they wish to remain there, there are occasions when regeneration or redevelopment projects are needed to improve existing homes or create new homes for future residents.
This policy explains how we will support tenants, leaseholders and freeholders who are affected by these projects. It sets out the compensation, payments and practical support that may be available, including home loss and disturbance payments, assistance with finding alternative accommodation and the commitments we will make throughout the process.
We are reviewing this policy and would like to hear your views. Your feedback will help us understand whether the policy is clear, fair and focused on what matters most to residents
As a thank you for your time, you can be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 shopping gift card.

SettleParadigm has a legal obligation as landlord to provide homes that meet the Decent Homes Standard. It is also committed to providing homes for residents to live in for as long as they would like to, forming a stable platform for their lives.
However, there are occasions when SettleParadigm requires a resident to move to facilitate redevelopment of an estate or area to create new or improved homes.
This policy sets out SettleParadigm’s principles and commitments to ensure that residents, together with affected leaseholders and freeholders are supported and compensated if they have to move and/or sell their home.
