Welcome (or hello again!)

We’re really pleased to welcome new residents to Paradigm and to say hello again to our existing residents.


Update: 2 March

On Thursday 12 February between 12pm-2pm, our teams were out and about to say hello and answer any questions you may have had about Paradigm.

We're pleased to share that we spoke to over 30 residents who shared their thoughts and helped us better understand you and your neighbourhood!

📢 Here's what we heard

50% of the residents we spoke to told us they had no issues or concerns and feel positive about living in the area.

Three key themes stood out:

  1. Residents value how quiet and friendly the neighbourhood is
  2. Some residents shared concerns about their homes, most commonly damp and mould
  3. Residents were positive about the change of landlord to Paradigm and the improvements it could bring.

What happens next?

We're now working through the concerns raised and will be in touch where follow-up action is needed.

If we didn't get the chance to speak with you, we'd still love to hear from you. We're updating the information we hold about you and your household, and you can do this by completing our 'Getting to Know You Better' survey sent in early February.
