Beaconsfield

Welcome (or hello again!)

We’re really pleased to welcome new residents to Paradigm and to say hello again to our existing residents.

Update: 9 March

It was great to meet some of you on Thursday 26 February, when our teams were out and about saying hello and answering any questions you may have had about Paradigm.

We’re pleased to share that 54 colleagues knocked on more than 530 doors and spoke with 214 residents, who shared their thoughts about their homes and neighbourhood!

📢 Here's what we heard

52% of the residents we spoke to told us they had no issues or concerns and feel positive about living in the area.

Three key themes stood out:

  1. Residents value how quiet and friendly the neighbourhood is
  2. Some residents shared concerns about their homes and neighbourhood, most commonly unresolved repairs and parking issues
  3. Residents were positive about the change of landlord to Paradigm and the improvements it could bring.

What happens next?

We're now working through the concerns raised and will be in touch where follow-up action is needed.

If we didn't get the chance to speak with you, we'd still love to hear from you. We're updating the information we hold about you and your household, and you can do this by completing our 'Getting to Know You Better' survey sent in early February.

If it hasn't reached you yet, just email our customer contact centre and we'll send you a secure link.

Need to report something else?

If you need to report a repair or raise another concern, please get in touch - we're here to help.
